  1. Prepares media teams of graduates armed with professional, technical and media culture capable of entering the labor market with high capabilities and qualifications.

  2. Diversify specialized knowledge sources for the department graduates in all fields in order to achieve the objective culture and knowledge of journalists.

  3. Mixing editorial capabilities and knowledge with other technical and technical aspects, in order to achieve the concept of a comprehensive journalist who will be in perform fields of work.

  4. Developing criticism spirit, evaluation and review among journalists through a knowledge system that is provided to students in order to grant them cultural immunity to protect values ​​of society and its identity and to devote its constants.

  1. Graduating competent and qualified media personnel to work in radio and television media institutions in all directions and in the editorial, preparatory and technical disciplines.

Providing the graduate studies program in the department with outstanding and distinguished graduates for admission to master’s and doctoral studies, enhancing research capabilities and skills for them to complete distinguished scientific messages and theses that contribute to the development of the media reality.
